*Description:* The Oracle Manufacturing SME will work with the other SMEs, process engineers in playing an advisory role for our client, a global major consulting company. The potential candidate needs to have a wider and in depth understanding of Oracle implementation across modules in manufacturing / process industry defining future landscape, laying road map to future, impact assessment on changes and a robust blueprint for implementation. The focus would be end to end manufacturing in context to process industry. This individual will need to understand capabilities of Oracle and maps clients’ current process advice a plan based on best practices to target desired state. The incumbent will ensure business processes holistically integrate with other business processes, work-around to system changes or limitations. * Overall Role includes:* # Level of effort required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities # Configuration and Management # Process requirements to SAP functional requirements # Gap between as-is and to-be process flows # validate process and system integration # End to end Testing *Required:* #15 years of experience delivering information technology consulting services # 10-12 years experience with Oracle Supply Chain (OM, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Receivables, Purchasing, Service contracts, etc.) # 7 years managing functional/technical teams during major Oracle implementations # must have had a major lead role in a minimum of 5 full previous implementations # Experience on 11i required; experience on version 12 a plus # must have a good IT background in implementing Oracle Supply Chain/Oracle Service modules # Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and development concepts as they relate to Oracle Applications 11i # Understanding of Oracle reports 6i and Discoverer # provide support and recommendations to improve existing custom extensions and reports # Understanding of Oracle applications table structures # must be able to ensure SOX and other compliance standards are met *Requirements:* ORACLE SME (Supply Chain / Manufacturing) ORACLE Implementation 10yrs Experience *Qualifications:* # Bachelor's degree is required. # BS in Business, Logistics, Engineering or related field or MBA/advanced degree is preferred. # Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert with a thorough understanding of manufacturing process in a context to process industry.
