Title : Cramer developer Positions : Contract (1) Location : Hoffman Estates, IL Duration : 7 - 8 Months Rate : Open Description : Skills: will have familiarity in: 1. Cramer Inventory Management Components: IT Manager, CoS Manager, Partition Manager, Parameter Manager, Cable Manager, Resource Manager 2. Cramer Data Integrity Management Components: Sync Engine, Discovery Engine 3. Cramer Network Management Components: Activation Engine 4. Cramer Service Management Components: Service Order Manager, Service Catalog 5. Cramer Resource Management Components: Resource Planner, Task Engine, Route Finder, Delivery Engine 6. Should understand modeling concepts in addition to being able to develop code in the above mentioned areas. 7. Additionally, should have knowledge in the GUI and administration stand-point. They must be capable of performing the following tasks: 8. Resolves application related issues in production including: 9. Issues that do not require code changes 10. Perform corrections and unit testing of out of warranty customized code 11. Supports production deployment and validation Activities: 1. Reproduce defect reported by clients 2. Investigation of defect source 3. Analyze discrepancies between network and inventory data and explain to the users the reasons for inventory deficiencies 4. Analyze interface defects and conclude the source of the problem 5. Assign tickets to Tier3 (development) 6. Resolve application related issues 7. Correcting data issues (experience with the database needed) 8. Assign tickets to other applications, explain and follow up Managers Note : Need of Cramer Developers who can start ASAP.
