Works with business areas and IT developers to troubleshoot and solve production issues and resolve daytime support issues in a timely manner as described in IT and business area service level agreements.* *q** **Provide consultation to local lines of business and assist them with information technology decisions and implementations. * *q** **Creates and updates written documentation for application services to document compliance with Federal Reserve project and information security standards. Provides team leads with written status reports for projects and tasks* *q** **Implements and maintains distributed computing information technology solutions. * *q** **Provides training for IT technical staff and business users as required. * *Required Skills* *q** **Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; coursework in MIS and/or advanced Microsoft or Oracle database certification is preferable.* *q** **6+ years experience supporting and administering relational database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle database, etc), distributed computing server applications, and middleware (e.g., IBM WebSphere, Adobe ColdFusion).
