Senior/Lead JAVA Developers (Seattle, WA) - H1b's are fine but should have exceptional communication skills Pay rate: $40/hourly (corp-to-corp- no room for negotiation please) Competencies/Essential Skills/Qualifications: • * 5+ years of JAVA Development (on Linux), multithreading, and database experience (MUST HAVE experience with Oracle and MySQL) * • Must have lead experience • Must possess good written & verbal communication skills *Highly Preferred skills*: *SOAP,REST, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, JMX, Tomcat, Maven, MySQL and Linux* Please complete the following questionnaire > Over the last concurrent 5+ years have you : o Done Java server-side software design and development o Done Multithreading o Performed SQL and data modeling? o Utilized XML, XML binding (JAXB, JibX, etc…) o Worked within the Agile/SCRUM methodology o Worked with complex Web-based systems in a high volume enterprise-class environment? o Worked within a SOA environment?
