Required Skills:
The Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) position will assist in the plan,
design, and implementation of Cisco IPT networks
• Implementation, and maintenance of Cisco VoIP environments
• Maintain technical role certifications in support of VoIP, Unified Messaging,
Unified Communications
• Develop and maintain ongoing QoS and other network designs and parameters
in coordination with Network Engineering.
• Ensure the stable and reliable connectivity of all networked systems.
• Circuit Provisioning
• Provide and maintain architectural documentation of telecommunications
infrastructure
• Demonstrates proficiency in core networking technologies to include:
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting experience and an understanding of
networking and Cisco internet protocol telephony (IPT) technology.
• should have 5+ years of experience working with installing, configuring,
supporting:
• Cisco Call Manager
• Cisco Unity
• Cisco Routers, Switches (6500s, 3750s)
• Cisco Voice gateways, 2800s, 3800s, VG224.
• Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Call centers, IPCC Scripting
