Job Description:
Senior Microsoft CRM 4.0 Developer contractor to provide development,
implementation, testing, deployment and initial administration of a
Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based (XRM) application, as well as mentoring
departmental IT development staff. This application will provide a mobile
grant management process using Microsoft CRM 4.0, streamlining and
automating Governor Crime Commission grant management processes; a robust
pre-defined and ad-hoc reporting mechanism within the new system utilizing
Microsoft CRM 4.0 and SQL Reporting Services. The developed system will be
accessible via Microsoft SharePoint 2007, Microsoft CRM 4.0 Web and CRM
Outlook Client. The system will interface with Microsoft GP 10.0 while
integrating with other various Microsoft products currently owned by the
department.
Candidate must work onsite with project team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
REQUIRED:
. Minimum four (4) years experience designing, developing and deploying
Microsoft XRM solutions.
. Strong experience deploying Microsoft CRM 4.0 application integrated with
Microsoft SharePoint 2007 and MOSS 2007
. Strong JavaScript experience in a Microsoft CRM environment
. Experience developing SharePoint extensions using .Net (C# is a plus)
. Strong Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
. Strong experience installing, configuring and administering Microsoft CRM
4.0, including user accounts, profiles, roles and other security settings.
. Excellent requirements gathering and workflow documenting skills
. Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008
. Excellent team leadership and communication skills
. Work independently and/or in conjunction with department technical staff
on integrating and/or constructing a unique business applications
. Must show a track record of success developing an application utilizing
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
. Knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodologies.
PREFERRED:
. Experience deploying Microsoft SharePoint Extranet solutions
. CRM Plug-in and Web AJAX development experience
. Previous experience with government grant management systems
. Knowledge of Feature Driven Development and SCRUM methodology
. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or interfacing with other
Microsoft Dynamic Products
Evaluation Criteria:
1. Hourly Rate
2. Able to work on-site for the entire contract
3. Proven track record of previously providing a serfice similar to the one
described in this request
4. Successfully completing an on-site interview
