with one of my clients. Please find the details and the complete job

Position: Dot net Programmer
Location: Columbia , SC
Duration: 12+ months
Rate: Best $/hr AI on C2C
Positions: 1
Technical Requirements:
* System must be designed in .NET 3.5 & SQL Server 2005 but compatible
with SQL Server 2008
* Programmer must be proficient in .NET 1.0, .NET 2.0, .NET 3.0 and
.NET 3.5
* Programmer selected must be proficient with ASP classic,
Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, and Cascading Style Sheets
* All development must be done offsite and consultant's location and
fully tested before it is deployed to existing Client test server for Client
testing
* ArcGIS Server 9.3.1 for GIS functions (no ArcIMS components)
* All images must have associated metatags and comply with ADA
wherever possible
* New Agency template must be utilized and applied across all existing
SCAN modules and pages
