Ideally should be someone who is OAF certified or who has solid 2 years experience in OAF. In fact, if we find a strong OAF that does not have Adv Collections or Credit Management, we can consider that candidate as well The role is to create MD.70s, Develop and Unit Testing plans, and execute plans.
