SAP ISU
Omaha, NE 6 month + contract 1. Candidate should have worked implementing and configuring CRM 6.0, for a call center environment to handle Customer Service. 2. Must have integrated this CRM 6.0 environment with back office operations being run out of SAP ECC 6.0 modules. 3. Experience designing interactive scripts for call centers to handle calls, collect information and trigger subsequent transactions in back office after collecting this information. 4. Ability to configure IC WebClient and make changes to screen presentation, menu choices, launch ECC transactions 5. Ability to work with tailor IC Webclient for the different roles. 6. Knowledge and experience working in ISU CCS in ECC 6.0 environment preferred 7.
