*Briefly describe the duties and responsibilities: *

Assist with the development of a Time Dimensional Testing Region for
Institutional.

*Describe the specialized knowledge, experience, and technical skills that
must be applied to meet the position's responsibilities.  *

Advanced mainframe skills (min. of 5 years, to include): JCL, DB2, Cobol,
QMF, VSAM , Control M, Unix,  debugging/ troubleshooting,   *Knowledge of
IBM’s Hourglass software a Plus!!*

* *

JCL – Strong JCL skills, GDG manipulation, stop/restart experience

DB2 – Strong DB2 experience; understanding of indexes; SQL error codes,
error handling

CICS - Familiar with using Intertest.

Cobol - COBOL experience should be recent (past 5 years)

Other Third party product knowledge would help:
(Freezeframe/QMF/Insync/Endevor/Dumpmaster/BMC).



Unix experience would be a plus.

*Really Nice to Have but not required:*

Any Netcentric Skills (Java/J2EE; Visual Basic; or VB.NET )
