Areas of technical guidance may include, but are not limited to, current operating standards, development methodologies, documentation standards, programming languages, user interfaces, event modeling, estimating work effort, and adherence to work plans. Researches, analyzes, and documents selected elements of assigned information systems projects at a level that is appropriate based on skills of individual.
