Local to TX interviewed first. Job Description Industry :- Public Sector /State Govt. Rate :- $40-45/hr Role :- .NET Lead Developer/Architect Location :- Austin, TX Duration :- 6+ months · Must have Ten (10+) years work experience as a Technical Lead working with the following languages, tools, and methodologies: · Experience as Technical Project Lead, Architect, Lead Developer or other position of major responsibility on mission critical software projects using C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>,C++, C, and/or JavaScript with demonstrated ability to design and code superior technical solutions, create and execute well designed and reusable objects, efficient and logical databases for clients, project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. · Demonstrated ability to communicate and enforce best practice coding standards, consistently deliver high-quality services to clients on schedule, communicate difficult/sensitive information appropriately to all personnel, regardless of their role, understand and communicate to clients the benefits of complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs, and effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. · Experience in ..NET Framework including 3.0/3.5 · Experience in MSMQ. · MS Visual Studio (versions 6.0 - 2008). · Experience in Relational databases: DB2, MS SQL Server, and/or Oracle. · Experience in XML, Web Services, SOA. · Experience in Agile development. · Experience in High volume architecture, hardware and software technologies for load balancing. · Experience in Data replication / ETL technologies, data warehouse design and implementation. · Requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and implementation of complex software projects on time and within budget. · Demonstrated ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally, with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including team members, all levels of management, external contacts/the public, vendors, government officials, end users.
