Rate: Open+ Expenses Description of Project: Provide professional support service for the Client Fiscal Year End Close. This includes supporting all Client financial systems which include SAP R/3, Deltek Costpoint, Deltek T&E and EDW. 2.0 Project Objectives Client’s goal is to make sure that all Financial Systems work properly during Fiscal Year End Process. This includes system performance of all the Financial Systems. The ideal consultants should have expertise with ORACLE, HPUX, HP TRU64 UNIX OS 5.1 B (BB27), SAP R/3 and using SAN Storage (HP EVA 8000 and CLARION). Evaluate all our client Financial System and determine if any Engineering changes should be made to optimized system performance prior to the Fiscal Year End Process. Support client team coordinating HP support resources in response to any operational issues related to Hardware or Software. Document all activities performed. Know-how transfer to Client team. 4.0 Project Assumptions We need resources that have the above experience. We would like to have 2 resources with the experience listed above. Depending on the expertise level, if the need could not be met with 2 resources, a 3rd resource could be utilized. 5.0 Supplier Constraints Supplier must work on-site, along-side client team personnel. Supplier must submit resumes for all potential candidates in addition to the proposals. 6.0 Project Deliverables: Documentation of all activities performed. All documentation and project deliverables created for the client as a result of this SOW will be considered the property of and ownership of our client.
