The interviews will only be conducted in an *in-person format*. ** * * *Required knowledge, skills and abilities:* - Ability to effectively contribute and work on a self-directed team. - Ability to effectively produce in multiple IT disciplines, including requirements identification, business analysis, coding, QA testing, and system documentation. - Ability to effectively work as an application developer in an Agile environment. - Skills in the Unified Modeling Language (UML), specifically developing Use Cases. - Skills in integration of geospatial software services in user interfaces. - Skills in Object Oriented modeling and design. - Skills in system requirements specification development and documentation. - Strong leadership and communication abilities. *Specific duties include: * Work as a member of an IT SCRUM project team to: - Code application - Obtain an understanding of key business needs and work directly with end users to create effective solutions. - Elicit, understand, and document complex business processes and translate them into solutions. - Interact and consult with senior and midlevel managers of THE CLINET’S business units, as well as key Subject Matter Experts. - Exercise excellent communication skills for communicating various system issues and meeting the customer’s expectations. - Participate in workshop/interview meetings with business/application owners and end users - Effectively manage time to assure commitments are met on time. - Application Integration of ESRI products,.NET environments, and third party tools. - Employ source code repository check-in processes. - Employ a strong team-oriented focus *Documentation of work to include:* - Requirements Document - UML documentation including; Use Cases, Storyboarding, and Wireframes - Technical documentation - Unit tests - Other project related documentation as required by the IT Project Office Manager *Evaluation of Qualifications*: * * Clearly indicate where all mandatory and desirable skills are documented in the submitted resume(s). *Incomplete or unreferenced applications may not be evaluated.* *Contractor Skills Needed**: *The contractor is expected to have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the following mandatory areas: *Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* *Experience* *(in years)* *Where Documented in Resume * Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology Minimum of 10 years experience as a developer on large-scale software application development or implementation projects Minimum 5 years coding in a .Net, C# environment Minimum 5 years experience working with ESRI products. Minimum of 5 years experience creating & using UML documentation including Use Case diagrams and wireframes.
