Develop working knowledge of equity derivatives order management and analytics (process and systems) Develop working knowledge of the Convertible Bond/ Equity Linked business Develop an understanding of the equities business requirements and system/application /business front-to-back processes Work with IT development and project/program managers resources to establish how the development may best be carried out (application, process, etc.) Translate business/external requirements into functional specifications Responsible for communication with all the relevant stakeholders of the technology projects. Skill Set: Have background in trading business. Experience in derivatives and cash order management a big plus.
