This is Jaya from IT Trailblazers. We have an immediate
requirement for a Oracle DBA - Santa Clara, CA.
Duration: 6 months+
Positions: 3
Minimum 7 to 9 years applicable Oracle Database Administration experience
in a 24x7 production environment
Senior level experience with Oracle 7.3 through 11g databases and
utilities
In-depth knowledge of Oracle database recovery including standby databases
Senior level experience with database tuning on Solaris and Linux, and HP
servers
Senior level experience with Oracle Advance Features, database modeling,
architecture, and design, database replication, standby databases, backup
and recovery procedures and performance tuning
Strong experience with Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Streams, SQL
tuning, Oracle RMAN, and PL/SQL including triggers, procedures, packages
Strong Solaris OS and networking experience
Understanding of web application solutions and servers
Experience with large databases in the range of 4tb or above.
Minimum 3 Years Experience with Data Warehousing preferred.
Should be able to multi task and work on multiple projects.
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, AppWorx)
Working knowledge of Informix DBMS preferred but not required
Essential Skills:
