*Requirements:*

 ·        5 – 7 years experience working as a DB2 DBA

·        Practical knowledge of DB2 database features, including snapshots,
lock monitors, db2pd, and other db2 utilities

·        Previous experience working with a DB2 EEE environment

·        Demonstrated ability to identify poor performing SQL statements and
provide tuning suggestions

·        Expert knowledge of DB2 design best practices and SQL optimization

·        Understanding of DB2 optimization techniques when dealing with big
data sets

·        Experience using DB2 query profiles

·        Ability to analyze complex problems and develop plans to resolve
them

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-dimensional team
