Dear Andy, Others

Sorry, I'm not able to attend the Tunis WSIS.

summit

Thanks, 'Gbenga. I'd certainly second your nomination. Gaspar Matyas
comes to mind as well - Matyas, have you confirmed your plans for Tunis
yet? Similarly, I would recommend searching for someone representing
Mission 2007 in India. Even though Professor MS Swaminathan isn't
formally a member of our caucus, he's certainly a luminary who can speak

quite eloquently on the role of knowledge centres in development.

I'm also quite happy to speak as well, but I'd prefer to have someone
from the South representing us in the plenary.
