Highlights:
* Incorporate the Tubes specification, with interfaces appearing in
the shared library
* Add GetKnownAvatarTokens() to the Avatars interface
* Add new utility functions tp_g_value_slice_dup, tp_g_value_slice_new
* Deprecate telepathy-glib-unstable - it turned out not to be such a
good idea. If you're using that static library (telepathy-idle is the
only user I'm aware of), please switch to using infrastructure similar
to the extensions/ directory in Gabble and Salut
and the usual bug and leak fixes. A full changelog follows.
