Has anyone had any success with roaming in release 6.6? I'm seeing a situation on a 360° site where if we take one ENB down (say, a config change), UEs on the edge can easily associate with the "wrong" ENB.
The UEs stay on the wrong ENB even when the stronger signal comes back online. We aren't currently using frequency lock. Theoretically the handover thresholds can be manipulated (RSRP) to allow the UEs to migrate back to the "right" ENB, once it comes back online, correct? Or is the only working approach right now to lock each UE to a specific frequency?
