Nick has made up a cheat sheet for Frequency locking the 8K's if anyone needs it - it's on the support site.
Has anyone seen an 8K not be able to authenticate on one side of a SplitModef1f2 but it's fine on the other side ? The Same 8K can authenticate anywhere on the network except for RAN 3&4 on one SplitModef1f2 eNB. I have 7K's on that sector no problem but recently the only 2, 8Ks dropped and will not re auth. I can move them to the middle of the tower and use Freq. locking to force them to RAN 1&2 and they auth. Force them to RAN 3&4 and they timeout at the point where the EPC is Request Reply. I don't have any additional 7K's to try right now but I suspect that the model is irrelevant. I've deleted the IMSIs, and reset the eNB to factory and reloaded it and no joy. EPC maybe ???
