Ya I have 64 turned off on all of them.
I thought maybe one of the UE's, which was about Mid Span between the
two sectors, was jumping somehow which is why I was looking to Freq lock
it but that's not it.
A couple nights ago I reset the eNB to factory and configured to
SplitMode2x2 using the Frequency of RAN 2&3 (the problem side) and both
problem UE's connected, but I know from prior experience that config is
not stable with UE's in the space between the sectors.
So I then set it back to SplitModef1f2 and those two could not connect.
Both of the UE die at this point:

I haven't seen this, but also not running split mode FWIW.
Still haven't gotten 8Ks to work in QAM64 uplink.
