What is the difference in azimuth between the two antennas? It probably needs to be somewhat more than the radiation width of the sectors. You may already be 90 degrees away using 65 degree sectors.
Even with commercial grade radios, there will be some radiation outside the desired channel width. If the sectors can hear clients from the other frequency, then there will probably be some noise heard in the uplink direction for at least the 1 Mhz closest to the other frequency. Not a lot but some. Being 12 db down from the center gain of the sector antenna would likely help in an adjacent channel situation.
