Hi José,

It depends on the project scope of course but if I can give you some informations based on my experience, here it is :

I've made several projects in Jahia since 3 years and usually, I only work with 1 developper (html, jsp, jahia templates) and one SysAdmin for installation and configuration (1 or two days).

1 or 2 developpers are enough for small and medium projects if specifications are clear, you can have more at the same time if you're hurry. Team work is easy in Jahia, each developper can concentrate on some templates to reduce development time.

The smallests projects I had took 1 developper for 3 to 5 days (very light templates customization + pages creation) to make Jahia active and Live.

Most of the time

- small but professional projects took from 10 to 15 days of work.

- medium but professional projects took from 15 to 30 days of work.

- big projects can take hundread days of work, but it's very specific cases with a lot of specific development

Usually I count

- 2 days for HomePage (if the Home is complex, like for a public website, a portal...)

- 1 day for each different template (customizing template, create includes, etc., implemntaing design) 2 days if the template is a "directory" type, because of sorting, search, etc.

- 2 days for menu customization if the menu(s) must have a different behaviour than the build-in Jahia menus. 1 day if you just want to use Jahia Menus and customize the prentation (CSS + _javascript_)

- 1 or 2 day to create the CSS (if the graphic design has been validated)

- 1 day for Header and footer customization

Those evaluations are mine, so take them carefully, it depends on

- programmer level in Jahia (my developper and myself are efficient after very numerous projects)

- graphic line complexity

- need for specific developement and / or need to build webapps

I hope my experience can help you.
