Thank you Stéphane,
I actually had to revert to a backup to fix it as soon as possible for
the customer. Next time it will happen i'll make the debugging.
I'll try to reproduce the problem with the backups of broken status and
get back to you.
thanks again

Please could you try to uncomment or add these lines in the log4j.xml
config file:
<category name="org.apache.slide">
<priority
value="debug"/>
</category>
normally you do not have to reboot when changing this file and checks
on
modifications are automatically done every 30 seconds, but perhaps
adding
a new category may require a reboot the first time.
Then you should see the slide error in the console when accessing to
this
directory. Please enter a JIRA with it. Warning: switching in debug
mode
will reduce performance and is really verbose. So try to just make this
operation, copy the error and reswitch the log4j file in error mode
immediately especially if you are on the production server.

Thank You Michel,
the customer dragged a file of 400Kb over the web-folder and the
transfer
hang up. Following accesses via webfolder in the specific folder where
the file has been dragged over are denied (WinXP message is very
generic
and in italian, the translation is like "documents in this folder
are not available. the folder may have been deleted or moved or network
problems occur")
accessing via Jahia file manager the folder is available and the
dragged
file is shown as a sub-folder (see snapshot below: Carbonifero.pdf)
with
folder menus, but in fact none f menu items work, nether
deleting.
Thank You,

Hi Lorenzo,
as webdav is integrated in Jahia, I don't see any way to restore only
the
webdav tables (the jahia_sl2_* tables) without restoring the rest of
the
database. Could you precise what kind of error your customer get ?
Michel
Hello,
i have a customer with jahia4.1.0_01_b6070 and manages the files on
jahia
using Windows built-in remote network folder.
