I've got this component installed successfully and the bugzilla server is running with full features on win 2k
but there is no such folder (C:\Perl\site\lib\auto\Template\Stash\XS\)
on my server,in the folder C:\Perl\site\lib\auto\Template\,there is only one file named .packlist,there is no such subfolder \Stash\XS

Do you have XS.dll under C:\Perl\site\lib\auto\Template\Stash\XS\?
And are the permissions set such that the user the web
server is running under can access that dll?
