i built twice,for the first time,I selected yes,but building failed,so the 2nd time,i selected no
did not run make test,after running make,then ran make install
I'll remember this problem,when build another bugzilla server,I'll let u know

When building Template-Toolkit, at the 'perl Makefile.PL'
stage a question is asked if you want to use the XS Stash
module (which requires a C compiler; for ActivePerl perl,
this probably should be VC++ 6, for binary compatibility).
Did you answer "yes" to this? If so, was this component
built successfully, and did the tests pass?
