I hit the same problems. You can build Badger by deleting the t/app/app.t
test for now. But you probably won't be able to build TT3 just yet (at
least not the current revision, 1ac7f2e5). According to,
docs/pod/Template/TT3/Status.pod
there's a bit of module renaming going on that seems to make most of the
tests go barking mad:
Factory modules are responsible for loading modules and instantiating
objects. I'm in the process of migrating Template::TT3::Factory::Class
to T~Class::Factory.
