er, that is what it says, but its not the part I care about. This mask also
says
'allow the group to read and write the file'. But File::Temp has this hard
coded
in it:
$open_success = sysopen($fh, $path, $flags, 0600);
I'm dealing with the same issue this person had:

Perhaps the response was accurate then, but its definitely no longer true.
