Mark,
First cd over to your witango directory, which (depending on where it was
installed) might be from the root:
cd /Applications/WitangoServer/5.5/
Then try this command to start a particular witango server that you have
defined in your witango.ini
sudo ./witangod -u "witango" -c "WitangoServer"
If you have multiple processes setup you can start the others
based on matching their name in the witango.ini
for example if you had six processes setup and wanted to start the 6th
sudo ./witangod -u "witango" -c "WitangoServer6"
