Hi MC, We have different production systems up in both V6 and V5.5 (and on different platforms). It's definitely worth moving to 6 for webcall related actions, among many other improvements.
I would download a T6 Trial version, which is free to do, so you can start to play around with the webcall action prior to upgrading.
