Last week we had issues where the <@appfile> metatag would not evaluate. For example, this:
<a href="<@appfile>?<@userreferenceargument>">link</a> Rendered as this to the end user: <a href="<@appfile>?_UserReference=7F00000147016CC29F032754E7E157CEFAF3">link</a> Restarting the services seemed to fix it. I'm not sure I'd ever seen that before. We're upgrading to the latest version in a couple weeks; but is this a known issue?
