Allowing the user to freeze one of its subwindows would be interesting for the
following reasons:
(1) facilitate the analysis of the event report, specially when using a short
refresh interval
(2) allow the user to only observe a specific power management related area
(3) allow the user to lower the side effects of DTrace by having fewer scripts
running at a given time
