The fix finds available I/O APIC interrupt line in the HPET's Interrupt
Capabilities Registers for available non-Legacy-Replacement timers 2 and up.
The fix uses a Level-Triggered interrupt. The ISR verifies the HPET
generated an interrupt and resets the HPET's interrupt status.
We may pull out the level-triggered change if Solaris will prevent
sharing an edge-triggered interrupt.
