Fixed. The processor now reads its LAPIC Current Count register to
obtain the time when the CBE interrupt will occur. The LAPIC Timer
is reprogrammed when the processor wakes from idle.
We disable the LAPIC's Timer. This prevents receiving an LAPIC timer
interrupt and an HPET interrupt in some cases where the timer would
expire very soon.
