Sounds very likely. Has anyone been able to verify? If not, maybe Anup or I can
verify this afternoon. I'd suggest a slightly different fix of just
initializing cpupm_intel_pdccap = CPUPM_INTEL_PDC_MP to begin with and not
bother adding it as we evaluate support for each of the [CPT]-states.
