Sometime next week, I'd like to host a Tesla team meeting to talk
status, project requirements,
and next steps. I think Mark's message following his putback of Enhanced
Speedstep support
yesterday (yay), raises some good questions to chew over.... In particular:
- How to improve the P-State management policy, such that it is more
nimble and event
based, better integrated with the dispatcher, etc.
- Next steps for PowerNow! support (UP, and then single-socket
multi-core)
- Interactions with suspend / resume
Looking ahead, my inclination is to have a Tesla meeting when a meaty
enough agenda
develops. So although we could meet at a regular time/place, we wouldn't
necessarily have to
meet regularly...only when the agenda becomes significant enough.
Thoughts on that?
The meeting would be open to folks both inside, and outside of Sun of
course.
Would folks be available next Wednesday(the 25th) at 1:00 PST?
