Sorry, the FontDialog was specifically designed to show only fonts that contain Vietnamese glyphs. I'll remove the filter to show all system fonts in the next release.
It's not surprising since VietOCR GUI design was "inspired" by FreeOCR. ;-) By the way, what OS and version are you running it on?
