Thanks for the wonderful work of Quan. Now Vietocr 9.13(Java) works well for Kannada as well as Telugu in windows platform WinXP. No doubt VietOCR supports Indic lang. provided relevant <lang>.tessdata installed under folder "tessdata" of VietOCR.
Also tested with the latest version released tesseract.2.4 - works well without any hitches. New version tesseract2.4.exe has to be replaced with the existing tesseract.exe in the "tesseract" folder of VietOCR.
