I am particularly interested in tesseract's region analysis capability. Due to the scarce information/documentation, I have a few questions :-
1. I downloaded using svn the source code, can compile and install without any problem. But how I do know what is the version of the code ? 2. I am interested to evaluate the version 3.x version of tesseract, when I use the svn source, will I automatically get the version 3.x ? 3. I read some pdf whiles and articles on tesseract and region analysis, none is related to the tesseract code directly. Can someone please point me how to do it ?
