My apologies new to posting for issues. I am running Tesseract 2.04. I didnt realize til after my post there was a 3.0 out now, but I guess there are issues in windows from what I have been able to gleen.
Ok here is process with with pictures this time. The following is the image I captured and modified to use in tesseract http:// www.fileupyours.com/view/288006/img2.tif I run tesseract img2.tif img2 batch.nochop makebox (I am following off of the guide and have yet to find documentation for the batch.nochop command) i took a screen grab of how far the program gets http://www.fileupyours.com/view/288006/ img6_27_2010-20-28-30.tif Just after it gets to the point pictured a error message pops up with the following http://www.fileupyours.com/view/288006/ img6_27_2010-20-28-36.tif Then tesseract quits and i go back to the command prompt. It does create an output file, but it is empty. running the command without the makebox arguement also generates an empty output file, but no error. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "tesseract-ocr" group.
