We had a mail in the last day or so about a segfault on Linux. I've
been mulling over the idea of putting together a maintenance release
of Tesseract 2, with memory fixes backported from Tesseract 3; this,
and the fact that it's not clear when a proper release of 3 will be
possible, makes me think it's worth doing... I only have to figure out
how to cram an extra hour into a day, and I can do it :)
