Rajam, This info is not enough. All that you've said makes me think you need no preprocessing, but it cannot be told for sure until we can see an actual image. Plus, you haven't told us how you are going to use Tesseract: as a command-line tool or linked statically, or as a DLL.
Please be more specific and detailed and you'll be able to get answers.
