Hi Bill, 1) if you used the installer, you should not need to install anything separately 2) You don't need to do training if the language files provided suit your needs -- you may get improved accuracy for the particular task you're doing with training, but most likely just image manipulation will be enough (see website for instructions). Version 3.02 has not been released, but you may also see better accuracy by compiling the latest SVN version. 3) Tell us what you want to do with an example image and you'll probably get good feedback. --Sven
