In a nutshell, when I turn on "OEM_TESSERACT_CUBE_COMBINED" (in a
config file on the command line), it no longer respects
tessedit_char_whitelist.

This might be obvious to anyone who has (unlike me) read the fine
manual, or it might be a complete surprise to all of you.

I need that feature, because I'm doing this kind of OCR:

fuzzy matches of just a few ALPHANUMERICs on grainy pictures.

Other than that bug in Cube, tx for the awesome library folks!
