It is to very nice know that you are working on
tesseract kannada OCR. . I am a software tester (black box). Portable
applications like liberkey, liberoffice, Auto package, ZeroInstal are my
favorite subjects. Data warehousing technology is rapidly changed from a
size of house to an I pad. As technology is rapidly changing all are
moving towards cloud computing. Nobody knows what is the destination of
technology . Where it is going and where it ends. that's a different
subject.
I would like to know Tessaract kannada OCR just for curiacity Previously
I just look at kanscan , Google and other online kannada ocr software s ,
But online OCR will give terrible result. Kanscan is also not perfect.I
have some standard OCR software like Abbeyfinereaderr. which wont support
Indian languages. I am comfortable with windows ,Chromium and Ubuntu
platforms.
I also have some OCR software’s developed by iit and c-doc like
chittarankan ,Akruti ect. They are also not acceptable. I sow good
comments about Tessaract in Google groups and other blogs. As a tester I
don’t know much about programming. Long back I work c, c++, Vb, Db,
SQL etc , But know I am into Quality assurance domain which is management
side.
I won't get (.exe )file for Tesseract kannda OCR. So I request you to send
links to download Tesserct kannada OCR And also please mail me
installation instructions .
Kannada OCR may save my typing time. As I used to write online articles and
blogs.
