This is not true ;-) Package tesseract-ocr-3.02.epo.tar.gz in download
section is package created by Google and not by you. It was released on
October 31, 2012 and you post issue on November 1, 2012. Your issue is
still open[1].

Anyway you can not use the same lang code that is already in use. It should
be like epo_alt (alternative) or epo_com (community)...
