Opss I did not see this response, For my working dirs are the dirs pointed by the env var : %TESSERACT_DATA%
I see that a need to compile to change the default config/dictionary to the correct windows vista/7 %AppData% directory, this will allow applications to create config files without need to run in admin mode.
