Hi Shree, You are using the Windows demo... We will look into the open file method. About the way to add new languages... you have to do the following tasks:
- Open the sample windows solution in visual studio - Click the mainform file so that you can design the form. - Click the language drop down control and then edit its items. - Add a new text string named Hindi (you will then have 4 - <https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-CahgAwlDEfU/Ul1vs03gz6I/AAAAAAAAABg/0wslJqLGcDQ/s1600/AddNewLanguage.jpg> - Save it. The make sure that you have the hindi dictionary file in the tessdata folder. - Build and run and you are done. Please note that this is only a demo application. If you want to make the auto discovery of supported languages, you can browse all dictionaries at startup and then populate the language dropdown list automatically. We will try to update the demo app to that behaviour. Hope this helps.
