Or they simply does not have the time to do it. Seen from the point of
the user his problem is also critical and needs to be fixed ASAP
otherwise he would not have asked. But seen from the computer
department it might not have top priority since it most likely is not
a mission critical assignment.
But shouldn't we just let this thread die ?
